That is the standalone statement. Group-level Q2FY27 figures are not in the filing set we hold — the most recent consolidated quarter on record is Q1FY27.
Q1FY27 consolidated: revenue ₹9,191.62 lakh, PAT ₹910.89 lakh
The filing dated 27 July 2026 puts consolidated revenue at ₹9,191.62 lakh, up 26.0% year on year, and PAT at ₹910.89 lakh, up 90.4%. The same document records EPS growth of 80.3% — below PAT growth — and states that other income contributed 52.8% of profit before tax.
A second exhibit filed the same day carries the operating detail: EBITDA margin expanded 291 bps year on year to 17.4%, and the standalone operating margin improved to 8.4% from 4.3%.
A third exhibit dated 27 July 2026 describes the quarter differently in substance as well as unit: it puts group revenue at ₹965 million and PAT at ₹91 million, and notes that the recovery is broadening through asset management and wealth management while other income and associate contributions materially support reported profit. The PAT figures in lakh and million presentations are consistent with each other; the revenue figures (₹9,191.62 lakh and ₹965 million) are not. Both are reported here exactly as filed.
Where the ₹227.52 crore preferential issue has gone
The Monitoring Agency Report from CARE Ratings for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, filed 27 July 2026, covers utilisation of ₹227.52 crore raised through convertible warrants. It confirms nil deviation from the stated objects. Of that, ₹84.72 crore had been called and received — including ₹17.84 crore from warrant conversion during Q1FY27 — of which ₹66.88 crore was utilised for working capital during the quarter. The unutilised ₹17.84 crore was placed in fixed deposits with a clearing corporation. No amount had been utilised for general corporate purposes.

The dates the filings actually set out
There is no forward guidance in these documents. What is dated: the 793,400 promoter shares stay locked in until December 2027; the NCDs run three years with a call after 24–33 months; the new independent director's term ends 18 August 2031; and as of the June-quarter monitoring report, ₹17.84 crore of issue proceeds remained in fixed deposits with a clearing corporation with nothing drawn for general corporate purposes. The consolidated Q2FY27 statement is not in the set we hold.
